The clients initial specification was reviewed and through communication with their technical department, a design was developed for review.
All stakeholders were consulted and the design approved for prototype modelling.
The results of the modelling were then reviewed and compared to the requirements of the specification.
The Client then reviewed the specification to incorporate additional features to add a variety of different fluids with viscosities ranging from 1 to 10,000 cP at flow rates between 50 and 200 litres per minute.
This was then re-modelled and a cost submitted for the construction of the prototype conforming to the clients exacting specifications.
Construction, delivery and commissioning of the project was completed in line with the project plan and within budget. The versatility of the plant allows the client to do more than was originally set out in the specification.
